Request a hotel stay quote first; reserving comes later
To request a hotel stay quote, start with the size of town you would like to wake up in, then the nights and who is going. The office does the asking and writes back with one quote you can accept, change or ignore.
What the quote will show
- The lodging and the room, described plainly.
- The nightly rate for each of your nights, and the total for the stay.
- The taxes and any required nightly charge the desk will add.
- Any deposit, and when the lodging takes it.
- Check-in and checkout times, parking, and whether breakfast is included.
- The lodging's own rules for changing or canceling.
When it arrives
Requests that reach the office before 2 pm on a weekday are answered by 10 am the next weekday. The form itself takes requests at any hour, including weekends; a weekend request is answered by 10 am on Tuesday.
A free quote, and any deposit goes to the lodging
The form asks for no card and no payment. A quote costs nothing. If you approve it, the lodging takes any deposit itself under its own rules, and the office is paid a commission by the lodging after your stay. Prices on the site are explained on the hotel getaway prices from St. Louis page.
